All students start with the Foundation Course and self-select for the Core and Advanced courses when they are ready to go deeper into the strategy of building highly targeted referral and client relationships.
“Unlocking the Potential of Your Referral Relationships” is a ½ day classroom session. The course will help you identify and break down the very common (but often overlooked) obstacles that most people face when trying to grow their business through referral relationships. Most of these obstacles occur because of anxiety that arises around the referral situation. Understanding the unique dynamics of referral relationships relieves the anxiety and allows you to have increased confidence to seek out these relationships. This foundation course will teach you how to have more productive conversations and will enable you to receive better referrals in a more qualified manner. This is the first step towards using referral partners to grow your business in the manner that you desire.
Tuition: $500 per student

Time: 8:30 – 12:30
“Cultivating Champions” is the next step towards building your business with better clients. This course teaches you how to be more selective and more intentional about where and with whom you should invest your time. When you implement our champion cultivation process, you will begin to build stronger relationships with those people that are best positioned and willing to proactively help you grow your business with more of your best-fit clients. By doing so, you will get a dramatically higher ROI on your face-to-face marketing efforts. Successful champion cultivation frees up your time to do what you do best and to spend productive time with people that matter most to you and your business.
This course runs once a week for 5 weeks. Students meet 4 times in the classroom for ½ day sessions. The curriculum is very interactive, allowing for situation analysis and personal sharing in a small group setting. During week 4 students will meet individually with Steve Bauer to discuss their particular situation and prioritize their action steps. They will return to the classroom for week 5 to discuss goals, priorities and progress to date.
Tuition: $2000 per student

Time: 8:30 – 12:30; coaching meetings by appt. on 3/24.
“The Strategy of Preeminence” is our Advanced Course for businesses that seek to be highly selective about the clients with whom they work. The curriculum includes market and advanced cultivation strategies that will enable you to become preeminent in a particular specialization or market segment. Success at this level is transforming. As your preeminence rises, your best-fit prospects and referral partners will begin to seek you out, and you will gain the freedom to choose with whom you wish to work.

Tuition: $2500 per student; company-specific engagements can be arranged.
