The Referral Academy is geared towards successful and savvy business owners and their key executives or management team. Typically our students have reached a certain level of business success, but are feeling “stuck” at this level. Their business development activities, which have been successful in the past, are not bringing them enough of the better opportunities to move them to a higher level of success. Too often they resort to reactively taking whatever business opportunities are presented to them rather than proactively seeking only the best-fit, most profitable opportunities. They know they need to change this cycle, but they lack a strategy and the focus needed to move beyond it.

They must be open to changing their approaches, eager to learn new strategies and techniques, and willing to commit the necessary focus and resources to successfully implement our program.
